- cycling shorts / pole shorts
- fitted clothing preferably with the abdomen, back, and legs exposed
- bare feet
Pole Classes
Beginner Level
No previous experience required, students who took a long break from pole training, or are taking Beast House classes for the first time.
Intermediate Level
Comfortable with inversions, stable pole mounting and grips, knowledge of basic pole tricks, attended CONSISTENT beginner pole classes.
Advanced Level
Feels strong and confident in several key intermediate pole tricks, fewer points and contacts, comfortable with dynamic pole moves.
