POLE | AERIAL | DANCE

ABSOLUTE BEGINNER

No experience needed! Start your movement journey in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
This level focuses on building confidence, strength, coordination, and awareness of proper technique and form.

Pole:
Walks, basic grips, dip and pirouette, pole sits, and safety fundamentals.
Tricks are performed with 3–4 contact points (e.g., both hands and legs or torso) for maximum stability and safety.

Aerial:
Mounts, foot locks, balance drills, and foundational strength work.
Movements use multiple contact points to ensure body control and comfort.

Dance:
Warm-up, across-the-floor drills, rhythm, coordination, and simple choreography focused on musicality and expression.

BEGINNER LEVEL

For students comfortable with the basics and ready to expand their skills.
This level develops strength, coordination, and smooth transitions while introducing short sequences and flow.

Pole:
Beginner spins, climbs, transitions, and simple combos.
Average of 3 contact points maintained throughout for stability while exploring flow.

Aerial:
Climbs, wraps, assisted inversions, and linked sequences.
Focus on controlled movement using 2–3 contact points.

Dance:
Across-the-floor progressions, turns, and short combinations that build control, rhythm, and presence.

ADVANCED BEGINNER

For students ready to bridge from beginner to intermediate.
This level emphasizes clean execution, controlled transitions, and creative movement exploration.

Pole:
Spin and static transitions, invert preps, and climbs into shapes
Transitions often shift between 2–3 contact points, requiring stronger grip and awareness.

Aerial:
Short sequences, small drops, and momentum control.
Introduction to skills with reduced contact points (2–3) and dynamic entries/exits.

Dance:
Layered choreography, expressive movement, and developing dynamics in performance.

INTERMEDIATE

For students with a strong foundation and body awareness.
Classes expand on strength, flexibility, and artistry while introducing more complex sequences and transitions.

Pole:
Inverts, leg hangs, transitions, and flow-based combos.
Skills often rely on 1–2 main contact points, demanding greater control and strength.

Aerial:
Full inversions, complex wraps, and dynamic sequences.
Increased challenge with 1–2 contact points and active body engagement.

Dance:
Intermediate choreography, floorwork, transitions, and performance drills to enhance expression and musicality.

INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED

For experienced students confident in intermediate techniques and ready for a greater challenge.
This level focuses on power, control, and artistry through advanced combinations and creative expression.

Pole:
Aerial inverts, handsprings, advanced combos, and signature flow sequences.
Movements may involve single-point contact or momentum-based transitions requiring high strength and coordination.

Aerial:
Dynamic drops, rolls, extended hangs, and creative transitions.
Includes single-contact and dynamic skills that demand precision, endurance, and full-body control.

Dance:
Fast-paced choreography emphasizing performance quality, storytelling, and musical interpretation.

MIXED LEVEL

An open-level class designed for all students.
Instructors provide layered variations for each level, allowing everyone to train safely, explore freely, and grow at their own pace.
Students may work within different contact point levels depending on skill and comfort.
